      - Name, phone number, email ID (if provided for profile creation or report sharing).
      - Patient demographic details such as age, gender, and optional medical history input by the clinician.
   2. Device & App Usage Data:
      - Mobile device details (model, OS, unique device ID).
      - Bluetooth and connectivity data for pairing with the Digimuscle Dynamometer.
      - Crash logs and diagnostic data for performance improvement.
   3. Muscle Strength Data:
      - Test values, timestamps, and muscle groups assessed.
      - Progress tracking and test history linked to patient profiles.
2. Purpose of Data Collection
   - To perform and record muscle strength tests.
   - To manage clinician and patient accounts securely.
   - To track progress over time and display insights.
   - To generate and share reports via email, messaging apps, or other user-approved methods.
   - To improve the App's performance and provide a better user experience.
   - To comply with regulatory and audit requirements if applicable.
   
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
   AHPL does not sell your personal or health data to third parties.
   We may share data:
   
   - With authorized service providers for analytics, hosting, or troubleshooting, under strict confidentiality.
   - If legally required, to comply with court orders, government agencies, or regulators.
   - In connection with a company merger, acquisition, or restructuring—with prior user notice.
   
Reports shared with patients use the channel explicitly chosen by the clinician (e.g., email, WhatsApp). AHPL does not store report content sent through third-party apps.
4. Data Security

   We use industry-standard encryption and access control protocols to protect all personal and health-related data. All Bluetooth data transmission between the App and the Digimuscle Dynamometer is secured.

   Access to stored data within the App is restricted to authenticated users only.

5. User Rights
   You have the right to:
   - Access your personal information stored in the App.
   - Request correction or deletion of your profile or any associated patient records.
   - Withdraw your consent at any time by uninstalling the App or contacting us.
   

   Please note that deleting personal information may affect the functionality of the App and your ability to access certain features.

6. Children’s Privacy

   The App is intended for use by healthcare professionals. It is not designed for use directly by individuals under the age of 18 without supervision by a clinician or guardian.

7. Third-Party Services

   The App may include links or integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Google Drive). These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them independently.

8. Cookies & Analytics

   The App does not use cookies but may use analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics for Firebase) for anonymous usage tracking and crash reporting.

9. Changes to This Policy

   This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Any significant changes will be communicated via in-app notifications or updates on our official website. Continued use of the App implies acceptance of the updated policy.
